Best Moments of 2012

2012 was probably the worst year I've ever had, for one reason, My dad died unexpectedly while he was with me and I still feel that I could have saved him if I did CPR better.
But to think positively instead of continually drowning in sorrow I felt the need to list the good things that happened this year to give a better outlook on it as it ends.

  • Opening for Kepi Ghoulie (one of my all time musical inspirations)
  • Camping at Goblin Valley with my family and good friends
  • My good friend Helen started working with me and started a new band with me
  • Calvin Johnson stayed at my house (another all time musical inspiration of mine)
  • Backpacking in and around Neon canyon with good friends
  • Our traditional annual Crystal Hot Springs/Village Inn Thanksgiving Eve with best friends
  • The Abegg Shoot Out
  • Recording and releasing the "Rise From Your Grave" EP
  • Going to the movies during work
  • Performing in The Museum of Art at BYU
  • Getting (and riding) my road bike
